Cancellation Policy

We understand that life with children can be unpredictable, and sometimes things don’t go to plan. At The Sick Sense, we aim to be flexible and supportive while also maintaining the smooth running of our workshops. Cancellation Terms & Conditions: 0% cancellation fee (full refund) if cancelled more than 48 hours before the workshop start time 50% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 48 hours before the workshop 100% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 24 hours before the workshop As a mum of two, I know that life is busy and unexpected changes can happen at the last minute. If something comes up, please email info@thesicksense.com as soon as possible. I'm always happy to work with you to reschedule your session and help avoid cancellation fees where I can.
