• We are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

• All orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard or Express (as selected at checkout).
• Delivery times vary based on location and service selected. Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or peak periods.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels but will assist in lodging an investigation with Australia Post if required.
